t-maxx ?

I have a used t maxx with a pro 15 motor with the ez start, witch i hate, rather have recoil my opinion. Ok I can not get the truck running right, I go through a tank of fuel in like ten minutes, it runs ok bottom end through mid range, as soon as I crack into the throttle it bogs down. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I adjust it right and is it me or is the 1.5 under powered for a 4wd truck?I would like any suggestions.

Sounds like you may be a little rich on the high side. Do you have a temp gun and know what the temps are when you notice the problem?

IMO the .15 is a little underpowered for the Maxx but the low end off idle is where I notice it most.

i dont have a temp gun and the problem is starts as soon as i fire the truck up like i said it takes off fine and half throttle it runs good it happens as soon as i open it up it dies right off

Adjusting the HSN should not affect the starting. Is it dieing or bogging? A temp gun is your friend.

Exactly, we need a little more info. Is it flaming out like it just runs out of uel, or is it bogging like it is choking on too much fuel? A temp gun, imo, is a must for propper tuning.

it doesn't die it just bogs way down as soon as i let off the throttle and ease back into it its fine i can ease into the throttle on a straight and it will pick up fine the once it hits just about wide open it bogs like it is running out of fuel no matter how much i try to adjust the needle it then loses out on the bottem end i tried setting everything to factory settings then it wont start like it doesn't get fuel after a while of more adjusting it will start then I'm back to square one it bogs on bottem runs fine mid range but still no top end then once i get bottem end i will lose mid range now i finally have bot and mid range power i can't get the top end power hope thats enough info and it looks like my next investment is is a temp gun
