got my tmaxx put back together to day and went out to tune it. it runs fine if i ease in to the throttle untill it trys to shift then it cuts out, it will also cut out if i punch it off the line.. any advice would help. also it seems to be stripping spur gears like mad. i ruined one 54 tooth and one 58 tooth. they seem to only last about a tank and a half. paper seemed fine when i set it. any other trick i should try? thanks

Don't make any adjustments till it's properly warmed up, then punch it off the line. If it's sluggish, lean the LSN slightly and try it again. If you notice an improvement, lean it a little more till it takes off nicely. That will cover it up to about half throttle. Adjust the HSN if needed for WOT.

I'm having the exact same issue and it is warm but its not want to dwonshift when it needs to or shift up and sometimes it dont wanna go at al

figured out the spur gear 2 of my engine bolts came out so the engine was twisting will have to wait till tomorrow to try and retune set my hsn back to factory specs and going to try again

went out today and tried to tune again got my lsn right but it will not shift to 2nd gear temps are running between 235-245 any other ideas would help have to go get another spur gear went through 3 this weekend need a new motor mount. thanks

get the rrp steel slipper clutch kit so you do have to heep buying spur gears the spurs are interchangeable and 10 times more durable
