Nebie Here...I've got a T-maxx 3.3... I was driving it the other day and it seemed liked when i was giving it gas it would take awhile for it to actually speed up like it was slipping...Then of course it stopped moving all together...Now when I move the truck forward nothing moves ( gears ) but when i move it back the gears move... When i turn one tire the other turns also..drive shaft is fine... Is it the clutch? gears? An easy fix for me? Thank you in advance.....

It could be a number of things. You could have a bad clutch, or the slipper set up may be bad or too loose. Check and make sure the spur gear is not stripped and that the mesh between the clutch bell and spur gear is good. Start with these and let us know how you make out.

Spur gear is not stripped and the mesh appears fine...maybe its the clutch...because when i move the truck back and forth the trans doesent seem nice and smooth...

If that's the case you may have some stripped gears in your transmission. It's pretty easy to remove it from the chassis to check, just remove the 8 screws from underneath through the holes in the brace. I don't know how hard it is to go through it since I'ven ever opened mine though. Once you open it look for missing teeth or debris in the case.

I would start by checking the clutch and tightening the slipper. If it's not either of those as cupootrluvr said you may have stripped a gear in the tranny.

Well found the problem... i think.....but I can't upload any pics it says i exceded my quota....It is inside the trans all the teeth are fine it is a metal piece that broke apart

yeah I'm gonna use photo bucket.. but i took the trans all apart and found that the primary shaft was broken.. so now the primary gears are messed up and the primary clutch....slowly but surely I'm gonna try and put everything back together and hopefully get it right the first time...
