Hey guys I am new here and am fairly inexperienced with nitro cars and trucks. I have had this truck for nearly five years but never ran it in the past three. Everything was fine last time I ran it, but when I pulled it out of the basement it has been a pain to get running correctly.

I am having problems with the fuel mixture, but I believe it was due to a bad air filter which I have ordered a new filter and housing. The real kicker is that the truck turns left when I turn the wheel on the remote right and vice versa. I have no idea what could cause this and haven't had any luck researching. Does anyone know what I could try to fix this problem?

Your transmitter has a reversing switch for each servo. Flip the one for the steering. If it's not on the front or back it will be in the battery compartment.
Your carb is gummed up from dried fuel.

Craefully remove the carb and soak it in fuel a day or two.
Then hook a line to the hsn and blow through it while moving the throttle slide in and out.

Thanks guys! I don't have a hobby shop anywhere close to me so I have to order everything from Amazon. Hopefully I will have the stuff in in a couple days and get it all sorted out.
