I have little if no steering. It takes a whole road just to turn around. everything is stock. Can someone help me get more steering? Servo seems to be very slow.

How tight are your pillow balls? If they are too tight they really bind up the steering. I ran into that when I changed my A-Arms out. If you tighen then just a hair too much it causes problems.

Yes indeed.Thats what I believe your problem is too hands down.Having them that tight puts alot of unwanted strain on your steering servo....Try giving the lower ones a turn or two out each and the uppers 1/2-1 turn out and re-align for straightness if needed..

Don't adjust them blindly; just loosen each pillow until you feel some slop. Then tighten them ever so slightly until the slops gone. Do them one at a time. To check and see if this is the problem, take your steering horn off of the servo before making adjustments and work the steering manually. If it feels bound up, chances are it is. Make sure to center your servo before putting it back together.

100% accurate information.
Thanks, Matt.

steering problems

I have done as suggested. The steering is loose with the horn off. Just has very little movement. batteries are new. do you suggest a new servo that may be better than the stock one?

Are you just running a horn or a full servo saver? If your not running a servo saver then you most likely broke the teeth off the gears inside the servo. Otherwise, try using a 6 volt receiver pack if your not already.
