The fact it is raining. On weather it shows it is raining along the whole east cost.\\sorry spm for crapping. But your name is hard to spell.

yea i can't acces the site also

It's raining on the west coast right now, too.

Fix the wire. Do not Mickey Mouse it. It will never receive signals properly if you change the length.

I'll try to measure my T-Maxx wire tonight.

sorry about that

thanx man u rock

OK, stopped working and went and checked on it. (one of the advantages of working out your house!) For a T-Maxx 2.5 using the stock TQ-3 radio, mine having frequency 27.145 (green) the length is exactly 22"s. The wire appears to be 18-20 gauge and is nickel silver stranded wire. Do not use solid core or copper stranded wire.

i just realized something, i could have called traxxas, o-well i guess i am just lazy?

Got a break in the rain, and I went out to get the Tmaxx out of the trunk. Then it dawned on me that I've upgraded to an FM computer radio, so I can't help you with the info. My stock radio and Rx are long gone.
Since Revo Rancher has the stock radio, go with his measurement.

Maybe i should upgrade to an FM. I still have the stock radio and it never dawned on me that upgrading would give me any performance, so i did the obvious performance upgrades. What kind of radio would you guys suggest? I want one now!

JR radio They fell nice. You want a fm radio, and you want to make sure it is balenced and is most comfortable. That is the most important thing when buying a radio. You don't want to get stuck with one your not comfortable with

I have the JR XR3i, and I'm very happy with it. Futaba makes a similar radio. It's on FM, and is a computer radio. Infinite adjustments you can't do with a standard radio. Adjust your brakes without affecting the throttle, etc. EPA, or End Point Adjustment, exponential, throttle dead band adjustment, and in certain applications, 3rd channel mixing.
If you want to go one step farther, there's the synthesized version. No more crystals, pick any one of 30 frequencies, and change it within seconds, in both the Rx and the Tx, if someone else is on the same one. That's the XS 3.
