Hey all. I have an older t-maxx that used to have a 2.5 on it then I upgraded it to the picco red dot .26 i found it a pain in the ass to tune, and i lost all interest in even playing with it... what I'm wondering is is my picco even worth the trouble of rebuilding because i blew it already or is there any motor options out there that has the potential to annihilate my friend revo with the dynamite platinum .28? thanks

you will need a bb chassis with the .28 and i love my picco .26 i dont have any trouble tuning it.

+1 if you can't tune a picco 26 you're in trouble. Seriously though, you'll need a big block chassis with the ofna violator tank as a bare minimum for a big block maxx.

yeah i ripped my picco aprt last night and leaned there was a flaw in my carb. wish i would have found it before i grenaded it. so is the picco the best motor the t maxx then?

It's mainly opinions but I would say yes. There really is no best engine. It is the biggest without needing a bb chassis.

i wish i went with a picco when i built the maddmaxx but i went with an rb bad choice now i got to much money tyed up in these things to change them

Cool thanks for the advice maybe I'll just rebuild my picco the
