hi all i got some new fuel tube from tower hobbies.... and like 7 tanks threw the motor ... the fuel tube is like wore  :spit: out ... so can some 1 tell what wroung..... thanks

I doubt it is "all wore out" it might be slightly discoloured or in some cases malformed at the end that is nearest the motor. Maybe a little more information on the question could help us...

it is wore out ..,. it wont prime... i took off the line that gose to the carb...

Well, if you took out the line that goes to the carb I would think your rig is probably not gonna start now... If it won't prime you might have gotten ahold of some bad tunbing or something. Maybe your fuel is affecting the lines. There are hundreds of diffirent reasons why your fuel line might get fouled. Do you have a fuel filter? do you run the same fuel all the time, do you have and use a temp gun? MORE INFORMATION.

Umm could you post the link to which tubing you bought? I think that would help... If it wont prime, try putting your finger over the exhaust stinger and crank it over. Are your lines put on right?

i use traxxas top fuel.... all the time... and yes i have a fuel filter... and yes i have temp gun....

yes i put my finger on the pipe to prime it....

so have you replaced the fuel line and tried it again?? also, have you re-adjusted the low-end needle at any time after or during the 7 tanks? if its set to lean it'll be hard to prime.......also check to see if the fuel line is kinked anywhere or if something is pressing against it to restrict the fuel flow..........

yes i replaced it.... and it work good ... and just before i replaced it i even put zip ties ... on everything....and no i never adjusted the low end needle...

Show us some pictures of your "worn" out fuel line. Give us a link to the line you bought. If you still need some I have venom blue for $1 per foot shipped.

my dad just looked at it .... he said that there diff sizes for motors .... i never heard of it .... or never had this problem..... i even looked for any holes..... the fuel tube is so new it dont have any dirt on it.......

i dont know how to post a link...... i dont even know how to post pics here lol....

Find the website you got the fuel tubing from. In the top of your browser the "URL" will be visible. Highlight the text by click-dragginf and left click your mouse and select copy (you can also press the cntrl. key plus "c") then reply in this thread by pasting hte link here. If you can't figure it out from there, you are on your own.

I'm thinkin the LINE isn't to blame, but the TANK might be.... Finger over the pipe and it should prime, provided the pressure line is still attached and sealed. Pressure test your fuel tank, and let us know...

Does he know your on his account name? Cuz he said he wasn't going to let anyone else one it. Dude just make your own name, it takes like 3 minutes..

2nd of all, Like these guys said, put up a link (go to the site of the fuel line ya bought and cut and paste the web address, and then come back on here and paste it in the thread. I've never heard of different fuel line for different mills either, but as far as I know know, that shouldnt matter. Maybe you got some old fuel line and it cracked somewhere, otherwise I'm gonna say you should take off your backplate and carb and seal it. Even if that doesn't work, it should be done anyway.

the larger planes and stuff run a larger diameter tubing..I use it for the header springs on my mills, you run the spring through the tube before you mount it to limit signal interference from the metal spring vibrating on the metal case...other than that, dude make your own screen name....C'mon you've already gotten your dad into some crap here once, just make up aname quick and register.....

1 of the mods said that i can't make another srceen name ..... and i dont want to get in trouble here..... oh the tank had a little crack ... so i just replaced it.... i will run my maxx sunday .. or tomorrow..... and if i can make another name on here how do i swith to go on the other name?

when you get to the home page you just log in under the new name.....it would probably be easier if you unchecked the "log me in automatically" option...that way you have to put in the password...

Just log out, and re-register like your dad did the 1st time. And yeah a crack in the tank will do it.
