I'm not sure. I am however wondering about the performance gains. Acceleration, top speed?

I just know I was driving my T maxx today and all of the sudden it did not want to go would barely move in foward or reverse motor was running but it did want to go, took the tranny out no signs of stripped gears, so I have no idea but figured why I had it apart I might think about a FOC...

I think you gain some performance due to the weight loss, from losing reverse.
The kits I've seen make it look quite easy. It's not even really a kit, it's just a forward only shaft......

I've heard the FOC will get rid of the the forward tics the t-maxxes seem to have.

Anyone have some more info on Forward Only? Perhaps a complete setup guide on it or something? Parts needed, etc.

I'm considering doing this too since my reverse shifting doesn't work well either.

Did the foward Only coversion today and it is prety simple realy...

It actually takes more time to take the tranny out of the chassis than it does to do the conversion. Once I have the tranny out, I had the conversion done in about 5 minutes.

It's the best $11 I spent on my t-maxx. No more jerking and stuck shift fork. Love it.

abad did you find the problem? Was it in the tranny? Did you have a busted diff gear or anything like that? Well I hope that it was in the tranny and an easy fix so you can go enjoy that truck.
