hey guys clutch makes like a sqeaky sound when engaging old clutch did it then spring broke now new clutch doing it any one know what this might be thanks

yeh a squeal, the bearings are not that old though how often do they wear out probably done about 2 gallons with them

Try using some sandpaper or emry tape and scuff up the inside of the clutch bell. This will give the clutch a good surface to grab on to. Sounds like it could be slipping a little hope this helps.
 
Engine clutches rarely squeal unless it has a bad bearing(s) and then they squeal mostly when at idle speed, or a broken spring/shoe.
A slipper that is a little too loose, or the mesh between the spur and clutch bell being too tight will make a squealing/whirring sound at times.

Check the slipper adjustment and re-set the mesh and see it the squeal persists.
