t maxx brake problems

when i apply the brakes on my t maxx pro .15 the engine dies. it is dying because it is closin the throttle to much. i have tried to tune it but i canty seem to get it????

Your carb is closing when the brakes are applied.

Take a look at this thread which will show you how much gap you should have at neutral and when the brakes are applied.

you need to increase your idle. so when you hit the brakes your carb wont close. after you increase the idle readjust your throttle linkage so that without controller input your carb. spacing will be at the minimum of wat the idle screw will alow. when you hit your brakes the carb shouldnt close more than it is at idle
