T maxx 4907 clutch upgrade

I Am looking for some advice on an after market clutch kit for my truck. I have seen many different options out there but would like to know what u guys are running and if you think it was worth it. I have had to replace stock shoes and spring twice. I was also looking to gain more low end grunt by changing the clutch bell. I changed my stock spur gear this weekend to a 54 tooth and hated it. Switched back to stock And it wheelies again. I am not a racer so top end doesn't matter. I believe stock clutch bell is 22 teeth, what size would give me more power out if the hole?

Not sure about clutch bell and spur gear sizes, but I use the MIP Cluctch Shoes and Flywheel. I think they are a little better then stock and the price was about that of the stock traxxas parts...

Did u notice any difference in acceleration with the new clutch over the stock?

I didnt but its hard to say, I dont even know what setting I installed it on...

A lot guys like the Integy 3 shoe clutch, the one good thing Integy does make. The shoes are aluminum and should last a while. I bought one last week but have not installed it yet due to split con rod. I'll post my findings when my rig is back up and running.

The MIP clutch is decent especially for the price. The integy is a good product. I just was not excited about the price. I have a buddy who has the Integy with a very similar set up as mine. We have not really seen a difference between the stock / MIP or the integy. Just my .02 Cents. the Integy is cool though in design and appearence.

I have this on my picco 26 t maxx, it works awesome and was only 12 bucks.
