T-Maxx.............3 diff. ???

I was reading about 4-wheel drive systems and i was wondering does a t-mass have 3 diff. I looked on my Maxx but i only saw 1 in the front , 1 in the back and in the middle was the gear box/ transmisssion. Since that is in the middle , u wouldnt need a 3rd diff. , Right ¿?¿?¿? :smoke:

nope most buggy if not all buggys have 3 diffs but since there is a 2 speed it takes car of the center diff

huh ??? y do only buggys have 3 diff. and u sayin' t-maxxes dont need the 3rd diff. becasue the have a 2-speed ??? weel arent buggys 2 speed also ???

no buggys are single speed..so they use the center diff to transfer the power to the front and rear diffs.as were the t maxx uses a trasfer box to do the same..(ie) the transmission

So on buggys how does the engine connect 2 that center diff. and y are buggys 1-speed the should be 2-3 peeds.
