I finally change my ez start to pull start..hate my ez start so annoying getting it start up. Okay time for the problem of the car. I bought a hot shot 2 glow starter by hobbico and as far as the review is great. Just right now is kinda raining..going to start my truck on my dad's garage. I put the starter in and it locks in to the glow plug. I pull once of the pull start and it start. Then when I took out my glow starter..the engine turn off..what's going on? :\

P.S: I don't have a good English..please try to understand.

Try keeping the glow ignitor on for twenty to thirty seconds until the motor gets warmed up and see if that helps.

i did try to put the glow ignitor on for 30 seconds. i kinda throttle it a bit while the glow ignitor is still atached and the engine motor died. anymore suggestion :\ ? should i go to my local hobby shop and let them take a look at it? and if i let them tune it a bit..how much does local hobby shop usually charge? i think it will take like 20 minutes most tune my engine because i kinda think its an easy problem for those expert nitro rc technician.

In my opinion, if you start taking it to the local hobby shop, you will never have the chance to become the "expert" yourself. read up on tuning here on this site, and learn to figure out what is going on for yourself....you will be happier with the results in the long run.

As for other suggestions, is it a new glow plug that you are using? Maybe you need to reset to factory carb settings and go from there, could be too rich/lean.

yes it is a new glow plug i am using. i think you are right..i should figure out myself. where is the tuning in this site? like which category.
