T-Maxx 3.3 Making clicking sound when starting

Hey everyone, I got a T-Maxx 3.3 from a friend and I am pretty new to them.
I have the Ez start fully charged and when I insert it to start then the truck makes a clicking noise over and over, and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

If it's not turning the flywheel you'll need to remove the backplate from the engine and clean the one way bearing and the shaft with denatured alcohol.
