It's the chrome paint flaking off. It's because it's a paint... over white wheels/rims. Is it brand new? When did you get it? Call traxxas if it's new new I would ask them to send out 4 new wheels
Thats why I dont like chrome wheels, they always end up lookin like crap eventually.
