t maxx 3.3(4908) upgrade?

hey everybody whats going on
I have a question, whatsthe best engine upgrade for my maxx. hopfully some what easy to install, maybe just a new engine mount. let me know what you think

Well everyone seems to like the red dot picco .26. I havent run the mill myself, but I hear good things about it. Its a direct drop in for what I hear. I'm sure there are a lot of other "direct fit" mills as well. I went with a HPI and I had to modify everything.

did the os .21 give you alot more power than the 3.3
