I just got a new jug of fuel, and it's 15 percent nitro with 18 percent oil. Now my question is the oil is 100 percent synthetic oil and I was wondering if it will be ok to run in my Novarossi .12 engine as I've heard that you should have a at least a bit of caster oil in your fuel as well. Don't wanna try running it and blow my engine up b4 I find out for sure

dont know if it matters or not for sure but I've allways used the caster oil blend......better off using 20% steadin of 15% if your running on land.......i use 15% for flying, 20-25% for land........in my experience more power & easier tuning comes by using the 20 or 25%.......

20% is a good blend. (I use 30%)
I use Trinity monster horse power.
Not sure if it's castor or syn, but I got 8 gallons out of my novarossi .12 with it, and it was still running when I sold it. Never been pinched.

The higher you go on the nitro content (25,30,35,40%), it will be harder to tune your engine.

Hey Ratz, I think TMHP has a blend of synthetic and castor oil.

15% sounds a little more like the airplane glow fuel, I'd bump it to at least 20% What brand fuel is it?

According to this site, TMHP is 2% Castrol and 10% Synthetic...

Pretty good article, with the breakdown of reported oil percentages from various manufacturers listed.
