my lhs finally got 20% fuel today and I was the first to grab myself a gallon, but I still have about half a gallon of my 10% lying around at home. I really want to see how my .26 picco's performance improves with the 20% so I'm eager to use it right away.

However, if I use the 20% now and then use the rest of the 10% after it runs out, is it ok or would it really screw up my engine? And do I need to heat cycle the engine with the new fuel?

thanks.

Really? Cool, because i read some where that you had to basically break the engine in again when you switch to a different brand, or percentage. Because i was going to try some 25% on my losi.

**** :OMG: I slapped it on the starter box after filling the tank with the 20% fuel and the idle was crazy high. The engine quit after 1 or 2 seconds. I thought I only needed to adjust the HSN but apparently I'll have to play around with the LSN and idle needles as well. :wtf:

yet another step away from noobhood...

yeah I did. Well, it could be the broken pullstart that's the culprit. I'll get a new one today and see what happens.

Çh®i§tiªñ, it turned out that I'd forgotten to connect the arm between the carb and the throttle servo after I'd taken out the engine for a quick clean, which meant that the carb slide was fully open the second the engine started.

oh well... :trout:

Thats why I was suspect of power to the servo and the tx. Been there and done that.

Lol! We live and we learn.....
