Did you guys add the background later?

Yeah he cut out a pic of it, and glued it to the pic of the background, and then scanned it. Not sure if that is when the reflection came it or not. I'll have to ask, or check out the original anyway. Click on the pic to get a larger version, and you can see the enges really good. It's is a cool pic though huh?

I like the car, it's pretty easy to tell the background was added later though

Yeah, but how did that relection under the car get there?

Nevermind. If you click on it the pic of the car has the reflection, and you can see the cut out to the right of the car where the reflection is. Still a really cool pic I think.

Looks like he set it on a piece of metal, theres a bunch of dirt scattered also

You can see the cut lines on top, but none on the bottom, so the pic was taken sitting on the reflective surface.

I helped him send it to RCCA Magazine's Readers Rides today. It would be sweet to see it in the next issue. Hard to believe I'm helping others know how to use the internet. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Not even for a caption in the readers rides? They put some goofy stuff in there. I'm not talking about an artical. Just a check out the old school on-road. I don't know. I just thought it was a cool pic.

Hey, I know that TL-01. Heck, i've even have driven it. Happens to be my bro's ride. I think that was his first use of a PC scanner. He has alot of photo exp. just not computer experience. If that pic does not make a mag. spot, I know one will soon...We have tons of vehicles in our Home Street RC possie. It's only a matter of time... :smoke:

I finally remembered to ask what kind of tire they were. Stock tires for Tamiya TL-01 Subaru that came with the kit.
