I'm thinking of swaping the steering servo from my strom rtr over to the savage 25. Before i do this i want to ask u guys what you think. Is the storm rtr steering servo a a little srtonger than the stock savage 25?? if so thats what I'm looking for anyway. I'm finding myself to drive the savage way more than the buggy.
thanks

If it is the JR SZ550 Servo, it is only rated at: 62 oz/in at .17 sec. The other servo (JR S250) is only rated at: 40oz/in at .25 sec. I don't think that either will be enough torque to turn your savage. I would look at something else.

Just to give you a reference point. The stock steering servo (SF-2) is rated at: 90oz/in .16 sec.

Yeah thats the one....Woah, glad i havent done the swap yet. It wouldnt do anything for the savage as far as giving it more torque. I will just stick to the plan and go with the hitech 645 servo.

Thanks

My savage does nice w/ the 645 for steering and the 625 for throttle/break and I highly reccomed the 645.
