suspension beef up

I've been taking my revo to the skate park and getting sick air but the landings are pretty hard!! Any suggestions on how to make my suspension stiffer and what does the spring rate mean on shocks(4.5,5.0,6.3) Is the higher the number the stiffer the spring?

yes. i have #2 piston in front #3 in rear and 70wt shock oil. with silver spring on front and purple on rear. seems to be pretty stiff. this is a recent vid. didnt exactly jump it but going off gutters it barely moves.
