Do you mean the reciever and servos too? I believe everything is included except the electronics. It will come with tools, but they will be crappy and difficult to use, so my advice to you would be: Make sure you have a good set of hex and screw drivers to build it with.
 
Also be sure to have a bottle of lock tight and plenty of nitro because you will love this thing. Also you need a lot of glow plugs for break in and just running it.
