Will the superbrain 959 charge my reciever packs (6volt) or only my 7.2 volt packs?

You should have no problem charging your rx packs. I know that the wording in the literature gives the impression that it should only be used on sub-C batteries, but I have used it for my rx packs as well as the flight packs on my electric planes. Just make sure you use a modest charge rate and periodically check to make sure the charger nor batteries are getting to warm.
