Summit locker in a revo?

I had a brain fart today. I was looking at a summit and wondering if a revo could be converted to a locking diff(from a summit) in the back. I know for sure the bulkheads are different and obviously the diff, but how much? I wouldn't even be concerned with a servo actuated diff as long as I could just lock it manually and hold it in or out with a spring.

Yes it would be much easier than changing a spool in and out.

it can be done here is a pic. this is not my truck i just seen it on the web. you can see the linkage that runs the front locker.
