suddenly stops with a click

ok, so i pulled out my 3.3 maxx the other day and it wasn't running very good on the bottom end, it would idle a little and then just stop and make a click. i finnaly got it tuned out using the temp gauge, but what the hell does the click mean!?

It's probably just the one way in the ez-start engaging the gears. It's normal, don't worry about it unless it's really loud or you hear some grinding noises too, lol.
