the video doesn't do the truck justice, i took the comp fox for its first run finally!!
had 4 hours downtime on a gig today so i searched up the nearest creek to that location and went for a hike.
i knew about the split shift in advance so i was able to pack the road pack and actually hit a new trail!!
holy dang what a trail it was, pretty basic all the way down to the creek where it opens up to some serious rocky terrain and an AWESOME waterfall in the creek.
i tried creeping the trail killer over the crest of the waterfall but the current helped push it right over, completely submerged. so since it was already wet i figured... why not?? so drove it thru some water for a bit.
i was so happy with the performance of the killer (comp fox) and the Injora tires as well.
i expected the motor to perform as i just copied my settings over from the ecto onto the fox, and the Ecto set the bar pretty high but i am confident the fox killed the ecto. It climbed wet stuff I didn't think it would; it steered while fully submerged, the tires still found purchase
the Reefs Raw 500 lived up to the hype, amazing servo, Injora tires will definitely be getting some more attention from me in the future,
10/10 recommend you get out and go for a crawl. My mother died on the 4th, car payments a little behind, yards getting unkempt, bills pilling up cause i wasn't able to work for over a week. its been pretty rough and this therapy session helped improve my quality of life. it gave me a little time to breathe i didnt know I needed.
get out and lay some rubber or shoot some rooster tails, or just go climba rock you havent climbed yet.
and if your mom is still around. tell her you love her. just send her a random messege. it will make her day better
