300k how many volts it has doesn't mean much though, It's like car amps, you can get a 1000w wal mart cheap-o that will realy only push 200w or you can get a 1000w US AMPS amp that will push 1000w on 3/4 power, I don't know how much a police tazer has but say it's 500k it's probably 10x as powerful as a 1,000,000k you can buy off of ebay
