Well when I purchased my first T Maxx 3.3 It had the same problem. The cause for my flywheel issue was a jammed up ez start. I would take the ez start off and see if you can turn it over. Then the cause could be determined from there.

If the engine is brand new and hasn't been broken in yet, it's probably just a case of the piston getting stuck on the sleeve. In the manual it shows how to manually turn the engine over with a screwdriver on the flywheel. It also doesn't hurt to use a blow dryer on the engine for a minute or so before you start it up for break-in since that lets the sleeve expand with the heat, making it easier to turn over and start. Had the same problem with my Revo on break-in...

+1 Forgot about the screw driver and heat gun. But if you can't turn it over with the screw driver dont keep trying to or you will chew up your flywheel
