Just bought a used Savage .21.
Need help with stripping hubs!!! Is there anyway to keep this from happening? I've used 2 part epoxy. Still keeps #$*@ing stripping!!! HELP !!!!!

Buy different rims, this seems to be a common problem with the savage rims. I have already stripped the rims on my SS. I just ordered a new set of pro-line rims for it, now I just hope I can get the tires off the old rims without damaging the tires.

I have gotten into a habit of making sure the nuts are tight after each run. So far I haven't stripped my rims. <knocks on wood>

However I think I might purchase a set of rims to have laying around just incase.
