Time to do some hoppin on the storm! here are some before pics, wanted to post these now cuz the benchtop is new and clean, wanna see how orginized I can stay through this, I have a feeling I'm gonna make a mess! Hey NA, Ya gettin a boner from that big glass full of zip ties?

Thanks HB, Today was one of those days I should not have went to the lhs, geeez I just wanted to order a new bulkhead, and then all hell( I mean wallet) broke loose! Gettin ready for winter bash in Orlando, you comin?

I decided against it for now, gotta wait for the budget to fill up again, I decided after that last bash with NA to just hop up the storm for now,Should have the BFT in a few weeks though,and I thought it would be more fun for you and I to beat up on Na's eb4 with two storms hehe!! But two against one wouldnt be fair so we will have to take turns! lol!

Oh I see. Those peskey budgets....they will get you every time. So what else did you buy for your Storm? I noticed in the background that you bought the Lynx radio like you mentioned.

Yup,, got the LYNX on wednsday! I also got
both shock towers, front torshen bar,set of knukles,2 bulk heads(just in case)10.000 diif fluid,radio tray, front stiffener plate, another LYNX rcvr for the NTC3, and yet another 645mg servo, some shrink tubing and some misc screws!
Wow, did I really get all that? geeez, gona be busy this weekend!

well,that was only this week, I have to go back tuesday for all the parts I ordered today that I didnt list! hehe!

After I installed the front shock tower and the front stiiffener plate I decided the car was nice and naked , good time to do some deep cleaning on all the plastic,after spraying down the whole car with DA and giving it a thorough air blast, I wasn't happy with the way the plastic looked any more! Kinda like an old vinyl top that was getting too much sun, so off to the ace I go for some simple green, but I decided to try this stuff called THE RIGHT STUFF, its purple and far more concentrated than simple green and alot less expensive,$6.99 A gallon instead of $5.49 for just over a quart of SG, I thought what the hell it was recomended for all surfaces and great on plastic so home I go! OK, you know how when you find something that actually works and you can't beleive your eyes! well! this poop is the poop!, I was tottaly amazed how all the plastic looked after I used it,,WOW! heres some pics

Any one else ever use this stuff?

Good start?..not yet..i woke up at 4pm from working shift work. I took the storm up there to show the guys and they were impressed!!! They have never been around a nitro buggy before. I'm gonna sucker them in to getting one!!!
I need to pick up some 20% nitro first. I am getting my ducks in a row tonight so i can have no doubt when i start yankin on that pull start..lol Just doing some final cut and paste from the chats we had in the forums and pm's. I'm not worried anymore.
i am off till wednesday. Tomorrow its football Sunday. I am a huge Texans fan.
Thinking about Monday or even tuesday. I wil call in wed if i have too!! but this set of is breakin week for me!!
Damnnnn u went offshore! bet the water is gorgeus there. I've have been to Florida once.. about 10 years ago. Loved it!! Fish and beer...so much fun!!!

Well, gotta wait till tues for the new bulkheads , front steering plate and diff cover, so I decided to wrench on the other little bitch! My NTC3,! The next edition of storm pics should be the final ones,, man its really looking sweet! The purple juice is awsome! ya gotta try it!
