Stock tmaxx Vs Duratrax Maximum st

i have a friend up the street who own a tmaxx i was wondering what i would need for upgrades to beat him in a race ?? the tmaxx doe s40 stock my truck does like 32 stock or maybe 35


if u could make a list of hopups i would need i would be gratefull also my truck is only a torq 12 engine ???? plzz recomed parts.............................................

Isn't one thread enough? Why are you so intent on beating a stock t-maxx? What year version of t-maxx does he have? What engine? Pro .15 or the 2.5?

I'm willing to spend 190$$$ on parts and he has a 2.5 also he had a question he tried starting his truck and it want to turn over but it just can't what do u think the problem is and his truck is 2 years old...

and I'm so intent on beating him because he keeps telling me my truck is a peice of poop and it will never beat a tmaxx and he also said a t maxx is the best truck and that I'm pood and can't aford a good truck .... wouldnt u want to kick his ass afta he said all that stuff to you??

ok here we go, you have a blah blah blah 12 torq thing vs. a 2.5 traxxas engine wich i have herd is = to a .15, but packs a punch!!!, so do what i always say to ppl wanting faster trucks upgrade spur, bell gear better berrings, and buy your self a pico, or actualy if you wanna make things interesting buy a 2.5 trx from traxxas, and see what happens, verry interesting drag it would be.
