Well since i have my new motor in my truck, it screams, and has a pretty high top speed for such a large object, but it feels so unsafe at high speeds! The Tires expand and i feel like it is unstable......this was on pavement maybe that is why, do people usually get new rims and tires due to this or what? thanks!

Go to the hobby store and get yourself some debonder, thin tire glue, duct tape or nylon reinforced packing tape.....Remove tire from rim with debonder.. remove tire foam ....flip tire inside out....belt tire with tape ;-overlapping just enough to catch...flip tire back again .. reinsert foam ..and reglue tire to rim..tires will now be stabile in any environment......

I find that the 40 Series tires and rims are the way to go for stability and grip...I went with the Masher 2000 with proline 40 series beadlocks on my T-Maxx .27 mid-block and they work great so far..I belted them with nylon reinforced tape prior to rim installation and they are by far the most stabile tires at high speeds on rough terrain, smooth terrain or asphalt..They handle great in the high speed turns plus grab up, carve and roost the ground horrendously sweet on my Maxx not to mention widened the stance 2 inches...They did really good when I had them on the MGT too

Thx for the info, I wasn't sure if this is normal, ill try to tape the inside of the tire to stiffin it up.

They are not bad at all for dirt, but they are way too soft for asphalt. If you tape the inside and use a better foam, like the Trinity foams, they will be much better.
