Stock 25 not tuning right

hi all,
I brought out my truck today and I couldnt get it to tune right( REALLY HIGH RPM'S) and a popping noise. It seemed that the lsn was fine, I thought it was the hsn. Its about 1degree with a wind chill here, I was wondering if it had to do somthing with that, but idk. If anyone can help that would be really great. Thanks, Al :boxing:

Go to the stock needle settings and go from there.

I'd try richening up your HSN first then adjust your LSN, and then finally your idle. Ever since it has gotten colder I have had to keep adjusting my HSN slightly whenever I run.
