The steering servo on my mini-T came to a grinding halt today. I say grinding because thats what the gears did. My question is this, is it worth my time and effort rebuild the servo or am I better off buying new? Also, does anyone know of a good servo saver, the stock sucks. Thanks!

I can answer your first question.
It is easier to purchase a new servo than the time it will take you to rebuild one, if the one you have can be rebuilt.

Replace that puppy. Put a good replacement servo in there and you probably will never have to mess with the servo again. GPM makes a good quality servo saver for the Mini LST.

Is there any aftermarket, stock servos? My LHS had a replacement but I would have had to replace my radio gear. I have a replacement and a bearing kit on the way now but for future ref.

There are no aftermarket servos that will work with the stock esc/rx. If you upgrade the steering servo, you'll have to upgrade the electronics as well.

Go ahead and replace the radio/esc. It'll only hurt for a little while. :devious:
