I have the savage 4.6, I was running it today for the first time in a while. Everything was running great.

I moved on to run my Redcat but the transmitter would not control the the steering. If I moved the trim they would adjust but on the wheel would not. So I had the bright idea to install my reciever and transmitter from my savage onto my redcat.

When powered up the steering just turned the to left and the wheel doesn't turn them.

PPut it back in my savage and it doing the same thing. It doesn't seem to be a servo issue bc if I switch the channel and put the steering on the throttle lever it works fine.

Just wondering if anyone had this experience and if its just something easy I'm missing.

It may be a servo problem or a radio problem.

The easiest way to determine what is the problem is to switch the throttle and steering plugs on the receiver and see if the steering will work when you pull the trigger on the transmitter.

If the steering works now, your problem is the receiver. If it doesn't the problem is the servo.

Good luck troubleshooting this.
