Yes the 3.3 spec bell crank is better than the 2.5 style.
It has the integrated servo saver so you can delete the weak stock round saver that attaches to the servo (comes with extra spring for high torque servos and big tires), and the drag link and control arms will capture the toe links and linkage rod from the servo on both sides of the ball ends.
You need the bearings for the upper portion and I recommend bearings to replace the lower bushings also.
If you have reverse installed you will have to raise/shim the reverse servo up in order for the bell crank to clear the bottom of the servo that sits below the chassis is all.
