I have a 4909 T-Maxx with the 3.3 engine. I just broke a rear driveshaft and am looking to upgrade from the stock plastic to metal shafts. These are the shafts that connect the trans to the front and rear diffs. Any recommendations for a good set of metal shafts that will be a simple remove and replace operation?

MIP cvd's are are good. THS if you can find them are really tough. You can purchase the RC Best brand off ebay for I think $20.00. I am running a set on my rig and they hold up nice.

I just purchased a set of bestrc steel centers for my 4910 havnt gotten them installed yet bc I'm waitin to get all my parts in from a wreck but they seem to be pretty beefy we gonna see how they hold up tho and when i bought my best rc centers i saw a ths set for the short chassis on ebay for like 40 bucks

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I did order a set of the Traxxas 4949R shafts as they are a drop in upgrade. I think they should hold up well enough as I don't do heavy duty bashing but back yard "excursions" lol.
