Start the truck with the wheels off the ground. After it starts leeave the ignitor on and rev it slowly for a few seconds. 10-15 seconds roughly. Then remove the ignitor and gently blip the throttle until the engine warms up a bit. Then try driving it.
if it wants to die out between idle and 1/4 throttle, lean the LSN a 1/8th turn in. Try again. Once you get it tuned and broken in well, it will be easier.
If this is a F4.6 engine put a MC-59 plug in it. It is hotter than the factory plug and will help the idle quality.
If it dies every time you remove the ignitor the glow plug is bad or the LSN is way too rich.
You can increase the throttle trim knob to keep it running when it is cold, but as soon as it warms up return it back to it's proper position.
