prime by putting your finger over the stinger and pull the starter untill you see the fuel reach the carb. put the ignitor on and let it set for a few seconds. put finger back on stinger and pull rope untill you hear the truck hit and try to start. take finger off. give it just a touch of throttle and pull rope some more.

thats what i do.

it starts for a second then stalls before i can get to the throttle

chekc for air leaks in your fuel line, and make sure you are getting a good flow to the carb. do you have a fuel filter?

sometimes it helps if i take the air filter off and put fuel straight in the carb

that tells me your not getting enough pressure on the tank to keep the fuel flowing. check your tank seal on the lid, and the fuel lines for leaks. you can try taking the return line off the exhaust pipe and blowing in it to see if fuel moves in the other line.

I pull the fuel line off the muffler and give it a good blow(ahem) to prime it.:hehe: Saves wear on the pullcord, and it starts on the first pull.:first_place:

i have enjoyed them all, but i think the second savage, the revo, the rc10 and the hyper were my favs

revo probably had the most cash into it. the hyper and the rc10 were pretty quick.

as i said, not a million miles.

west essex is right on my doorstep !!!!! (i'm in north london BTW)
