I've set all of my needle valves back to stock settings, air is going in in the right amount and i know it is because i took off the air filter and precisly adjusted the idle screw to a 1-2mm gap, when i go to start it, compresion is perfect, fuel is being pumped into the engine, it burns the fuel engine gets hot when cranked, u can smeel the burnt fuel but it just wont start WTF is going on

Check your plug...make sure it's not flooded and if it still won't fire...lean your HSN 1 hour or so and try again. Might just be too rich. Stock settings are generally VERY VERY rich.

i tried that its literally on the verge of starting, so i tried differnt 1/8 turns around the 1 hour mark but it still wont start

you give it more air? lol play with the throttle some. sometimes i have to throttle mine up to get them to start.
