Starting my 25

Running my Savage today no problems.
Came home and decided an hour later to start it up again.
Primed it,glow plug in.
pulled back on pull start and nothing,engine turns over one in three pulls.however two out of three times there is no friction and engine wont turn.
Anybody got any ideas? I'm not sure if problem with coil in pull start but dont wanna take that off if its a 1 minute quick fix.

There's a one-way bearing under the pull start cover,it needs cleaned or possibly replaced. Take it out-soak in denatured alchohol-clean the shaft-put it back together.

Ok i just took the pull start off to give the one way a clean and noticed where the bottom left allen key bolt on the pull start connects to the engine the threaded metal plate has snapped,allowing only two bolts to connect the pull start to the engine...a little loose and needs sorting.
However when i prime and pull the cord the engine now starts only when a little throttle is given and then cuts out after maybe 5 seconds...
Anybody have any ideas? been messing around with it all day,up to my elbows in oil and a rising blood preassure....i just want it to run

Might need a new glow plug. I'd try that first.
