How about one of these?:

I have one I am not using. $10 shipped.
I used it for my Nitro Evader with os .18 engine. Since I converted that car to roto start, I have the yank eliminator. Never knew what I was going to do with it. Your r10gt has the same basic layout as the evader, straight shot from the side to your engine backplate. The engine has to have been a pull start. You remove the pull start and one-way bearing and this reveals the pull start shaft. You chuck this device into a drill and viola! Instant starting! Make sure you set the clutch to pretty low on your cordless drill so it doesn't break the one-way in the yank eliminator. let me know.

Unfortunatly, you are not going to find a Traxxas (jato) style starter, unless you have a traxxas engine. The only choices you have are the pull start, starter box, yank eliminator, roto start, or the tiger drive.

Try this.I never tried it my self or heard of any1 but i see them in hobby shops they come and go there so people do buy them.
