I got a wild hair today and did a little research on Star Wars. Initially it started out looking for a cool pic of Yoda with his lightsaber. Anyway after find this one site that was totally devoted to Yoda and finding the pic I was looking for I ended up surfing the site for this and that. There was a ton of things about Emperor Palpatine. I figured it was just a typo but when I started seeing it more my mind started racing.

I mean I really had all 4 movies where the emperor is viewed in my head. I mean take it in the latest movie where Palpatine is taking an interest in Anakin. I was like reality, what a concept. The only snag I have for the time is how did Palpatine remain hidden from the Jedi all these years? The Jedi supposedly feel the presence of the dark side how could they not feel it in Palpatine and they have lots of face time with him after he became the chancelor? Who, what, where, when and how did Paplatine receive his training? How was he not noticed being strong with the force since he was born in the Republic?

Sorry for rambling there guys I just wanted to share.

Upon watching 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 last night I wondered if if the same dude that played the emperor in part 6 played Palpatine in 1 and 2 and yes it was. It was pretty cool. Sorry, it's like I've found my long lost GI Joe with Kung Fu grip.

the jedi can just feel disturbances, like anakin they found him totally by luck. so maybe palpatine trained himself when be became aware that he wasn't like hte other little boys at school...

So training not one but two apprentices right under the noses of the Jedi Temple was not noticed?

When Qui Gon met Anakin he felt the force within him immediately. Palpatine was meeting the Jedi Council regularly and the big wigs in the Jedi didn't even know he not only had the force but was a sith lord as well?
