Hey,
Ok now everything is tuned but like when i leave it ideling for about 20m secs it doesn't want to take off but just shut off when i go to press gas..
Is this maybe because low speed needle not adjusted properly? So do i lean it more or richin it mroe?

i had the same problem with my revo stumbling when i let it idle then took off. turns out that i had both my HSN and LSN set to rich. try leaning it a little bit and see how it work. remember to let it warm up first after you adjust to see how the tune took to its new settings.

..

Alrighty ill try that tonight.
Thanks for the Info

If you let it sit there just running. It could be the fact that the fuel just builded up and stalled...I'm just saying!:boxing:

It is probably an issue with the low speed needle. If it is really bad, it will shut off after being at idle speed for any length of time. It sounds like it is just a little to rich if it only does it after 20 sec of idle. Also, two stroke engines dont like to idle for a long time in general.

Also note, letting the engine warm up before making these adjustments IS VERY CRUTIAL!!! You also have to let it warm up for a few minutes before driving it normal anyway, but you prob. already know that:)

When warming up, give it short blips of throttle so it doesn't load up. When you are about to go, clear it out for about 2-3 sec.

If you are still dying, you will need to give us more info on your needle settings and weather conditions.

if your engine idles for more then 30 40 sec, then your LSN IS OK. NOW IF YOU HIT THE GAS AND IF IT SUDDENLY DIES THEN TRY RICHINING THE HIGHT END NEEDLE BY 1/8 OF A TURN. SEE IF IT WORKS. KEEP ME UPDATED.

Mine does the same thing - when I first start it up, if I try to give it full throttle right away - it dies.

What I did was as soon as it starts - I keep the charger on the glow plug and give it a quick tap on the throttle, (1-2 second) then take off the charger and everything works fine. I'm guessing the glow plug wasn't warm enough yet and when I gave it full throttle - the glow plug died.

Not sure if this is the correct way of doing it but it works, it's not like I'm leaving the charger on the glow plug for an extended period of time.

P.S. this only happens on the first tank when the engine is cold - after that - everything works fine.
