Hey there everyone. A quick question, after running my revo for about 10min. it stalls on me then it is hard to start again. My temps. are fine, the anitial startup is fine, and the truck runs good. The idle seems good, it stall's when I'am slowing down. The glow plug is fine. The hsn is 4 turns out and the lsn it slightly out from the flush, maybe 1 turn out due to overheating durring breakin. Thanks for any input.

If you have checked all those things, try the air filter. You would be suprised at how much that affects things.

Also, those default settings are a little rich I believe. You can lean the top end out a little bit maybe but I guess it depends on climate and all that. However when the outsie temp is in the 60's or so that is a little rich for me....

I have been cleaning my air cleaner after each hour of running. The outside temp is about 40f. I'll try leaning out the neadles. It runs good for 5min with temps of about 175-215f and then it just stalls out. It is hard to get started after that. any other input wouold be a appreciated.

How many gallons of fuel does it have on it?

After 4 gallons, mine runs fine when started, but if it dies after getting to operating temp I have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes before it will start again. I called Traxxas about this and I was told that it was a sign on the piston and sleave getting worn out.
Naturally, I am waiting on my new 3.3 now.

Make sure there are no air leaks in your engine, tighten all screws. In reality, your probably better off not leaning out in cold weather too.

mine 3.3 was doing the oposite as that.......... when it got warm the idle would get really high and drop up and down.......... i had to richen up lsn to get it to idle good.....
maybe lsn is to rich?

I just dumped the 3.3 and dropped in the OS .21tm :)
I got less than a gallon through the 3.3 before i pulled it out.........its in perfect shape still and will someday drop it back in and run it :)

Cool, let us know what you think about the OS. I have heard great things, but I am just gonna stick with the 3.3

Same happened to mine, got replaced with a Picco .26 max. Happened with the Picco too, but richening the LSN fixed it.
