my 2.5 t-max will not stay running. it runs great for 5 min then it will stall out . but it will start right back up and run for a minute then stalls. i think it might not be getting fuel? i have replaced the glow plug. its puffing out blue smoke.

Yeah, fantastic diagram. I would start by resetting back to factory settings, that would definately be the easiest point to start from, as stated in the diagram.

check for fuel leaks in the pipes and the tank lid forms a good seal when it is closed

I'd follow all the above advice, It all relates to the truck stalling, I think your tuning is outta wack...
