SS got slammed... The good ol' spacer shock trick. I needed some onroad handling. Handles like she's on rails.

The blue shock springs, chassis, and pipe make it look good. Yes please post how you did this... with zip ties? I might give it a try.
 
He mentions the "ol shock spacer trick". I assume he is referring to the spacers that you can put on the shock shafts inside the shock body. It in effect shortens the length of the shaft and lowers the truck. I use this mod in my racing Maxx.

Is this possible with zip ties?
 
I put fuel tubing in my shocks to lower it a bit but nothing near that low.All you do Benwahballz (lol) is put some fuel tubing on the shock shaft before you put the shaft threw the hole.The fuel tubing should be between the shock piston and the bottom of the shock. It basically makes your shock shafts shorter so the truck sits lower.
