If nobody has one to give up try Ebay. There's plenty there. I just got 2 from eBay. I tried to order from a retailer but nobody has 'em in stock. You might catch a good deal too. I won the first for $71 and the other for $49. I got both from Mtreznin. Shipping was pretty quick. I think he must get 'em wholesale or something because they didn't come in the standard square box.. just a little taped baggie (it looked pretty factory, the wire was tied factory neat as well). I've insalled and binded both with no issues.
