Ok I got a Spektrum DX 2.0 and a SR300 sport receiver, and about 150' to 200' feet it stop working. Can anyone tell me how long the antenna is on the receiver.

The antenna are usually only 2-3" long. They don't need a whole lot of length for the frequency that the Spektrum uses.
 
The older Spektrums have an 8 inch antenna. They work much better, even if you just coil it up inside the rx box. I drove mine over 200 yards like that all day long. Spektrum screwed up selling the 2-3 inch antenna equipped versions. Spektrums like a good quality, high power rx pack as well. Also make sure to route the throttle servo wires under the rx. When they are routed over it inside the rx box it causes weird glitching issues.
